If any of this sounds familiar…

You're not alone.
And you're not stuck.

Most of our patients lived with these for years before someone told them pelvic floor PT exists. It's common — and that doesn't mean you have to live with it.

  • Leaking when you laugh, cough, run, or jump
  • Pain with intercourse or pelvic exams
  • Pressure or heaviness in your pelvis
  • Urgency or frequent trips to the bathroom
  • Constipation or pain with bowel movements
  • Back, hip, or tailbone pain that won't resolve
  • Postpartum recovery that hasn't gone the way you hoped
  • Pelvic pain with no clear medical answer
What we treat

Whatever brought you here, we can help.

Pick whichever sounds closest to what you're going through. You don't need to know the medical term — and if more than one fits, that's normal. Send us a message any time and we'll help you figure out where to start.

In their own words
Ran 10 miles today without pain or incontinence. Haven't hit double digits since ATL half marathon March 2020, which I mostly remember as being miserable, painful, demoralizing.
A KPP patient — return-to-running after years of incontinence

"I made much more progress in 3 months of therapy than in the previous 5 years of other treatments."

Patient of Megan

"Being a male with pelvic floor issues has been a huge uphill battle. I feel very confident in my pelvic health now."

Patient of Beth

"Truly has changed my life. I went from being in so much pain I couldn't clean my home and now I'm going out dancing."

Our philosophy

Every pelvis deserves skilled, compassionate care — regardless of gender or sexual orientation. Here's how we approach yours.

For every pelvis

We create a space where you feel safe to be heard and supported. That means meeting each person with respect, curiosity, and clinical expertise.

Whole body approach

The pelvis doesn't function in isolation. We look at posture, strength, mobility, stress, and lifestyle — treating the root cause, not just the surface.

Individualized care

Every body, history, and goal is different. We listen closely, assess thoughtfully, and tailor each plan to meet your specific needs.

Clarity for the path forward

Through thoughtful assessment and clear communication, we create a path forward that feels achievable, informed, and grounded in your goals.

Pelvic care, accessibly priced

We believe pelvic health is for everyone, which is why we offer a sliding scale program for patients who qualify. We also support Reimbursify for out-of-network reimbursement and accept HSA/FSA payment.

Common questions

The most common things new patients ask us before their first visit.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

No. Georgia is a direct-access state for physical therapy, which means you can schedule with us without a physician's referral.

Will my insurance cover this?

We're an out-of-network practice, which lets us spend the full session focused on you instead of paperwork. Many patients use HSA/FSA, and we provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement through Reimbursify.

What happens at my first visit?

A 60-minute one-on-one evaluation with one of our PTs. We'll talk through your history, do a whole-body assessment, and discuss whether an internal pelvic floor exam makes sense — always at your pace and only with your consent.

How many visits will I need?

It varies by condition and goal, but most patients see meaningful improvement within 6-8 visits. Your PT will discuss a plan with you at your evaluation.

I'm nervous about an internal exam. Do I have to have one?

Never. An internal assessment is just one of many tools, and it's always your choice. Many patients see meaningful results without internal work, and you can change your mind at any visit.
