Insurance & Payment
We're an out-of-network practice — which lets us spend the full session focused on you instead of paperwork. Here's how the financial side actually works, including how to apply for our sliding scale program when cost is a real concern.
Out-of-network, in practice.
"Out-of-network" is a phrase that scares people more than it should. In our case, it means we don't bill insurance companies directly — but most patients still get meaningful reimbursement after their visits, and the financial reality is often closer to in-network than you'd expect.
Pricing, reimbursement ranges, and what patients actually pay
This section will cover: current visit pricing, how out-of-network reimbursement works in plain language, what patients typically end up paying after their insurance processes the claim, and how to ask your insurance about your specific benefits before booking.

HSA, FSA, superbills & Reimbursify.
HSA & FSA
Pelvic floor PT is a qualified medical expense. If you have a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account, you can use it to pay us directly with your HSA/FSA card.
Superbills
We provide superbills (detailed receipts) you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Many patients are surprised by how much comes back.
Reimbursify
We support Reimbursify, an app that handles the out-of-network claim submission for you automatically. Take a photo of the superbill, they file the claim, and reimbursement goes directly to your account.
Verify before booking
Want to know what your insurance is likely to cover before you commit? We can give you the codes and information you'll need to call your insurance and ask. Just message us.
Our sliding scale program.
We started our sliding scale program because we believe cost shouldn't be the reason you wait for the care you need. The program offers tier-based pricing for patients who qualify, with a select number of slots in each reduced tier.
Tier pricing at a glance
Tier eligibility considers housing, transportation, discretionary income, healthcare affordability, dependents, and past healthcare experiences. See the full criteria and apply on the application page.
Questions about cost?
Send us a message before you book. We'd rather have an honest conversation about what to expect financially than have you avoid scheduling because of uncertainty.
