Office & Marketing Director

"When someone reaches out to us, it's usually because they've been carrying something for a long time. The first conversation matters. I take that part seriously."
What I do here

I'm probably the first person you'll talk to.

When you send us a message or call the office, your conversation usually starts with me or someone on my team. That includes everything from "I'm not sure if pelvic floor PT is what I need" to "I'd like to schedule an evaluation" to "I have questions about insurance" — and a hundred other things that don't fit neatly into either bucket.

My job is to make sure that conversation lands somewhere useful for you. That means answering what I can, getting you the right information for what I can't, and matching you with the PT on our team who's the best fit for what's going on.

Past the first call, I also run the operations behind KPP — schedule coordination, the patient experience inside the office, the things that keep your visits running on time and feeling consistent — plus the community and marketing work that brings new patients in.

Why this role exists

The first conversation isn't just scheduling.

01

You're not "intake."

A lot of clinics treat the first call as paperwork. We don't. Whoever you speak with is trained to actually listen, understand what's going on, and make the next step feel achievable instead of overwhelming.

02

No medical lingo required.

You don't need a diagnosis to call us. You don't need to know the right terms. "Something doesn't feel right" is a complete sentence here.

03

Honest answers about cost.

We're out-of-network, and that affects what you pay. I'll tell you what to expect financially before you book — including how the sliding scale works, how Reimbursify can help, and whether HSA/FSA covers what we do.

04

You can change your mind.

There's no pressure to book on the first call. If you want to think about it, ask more questions later, or talk to someone else first, that's fine — and I'll send you whatever resources would actually help you decide.

Background

How I got here.

A foot in clinical work, a foot in operations and people management — and a lot of practice making sure the two actually connect.

  • B.S. Kinesiology — University of Tennessee, Knoxville. The clinical foundation that helps me understand what our PTs do and what patients are asking about.
  • Nursing tech background — Hands-on healthcare experience that informs how I treat the front-of-house side of the practice as real patient care, not administrative work.
  • Operations & people leadership — Running scheduling, the patient experience inside the office, and the team coordination that makes a small practice feel consistent.
  • Community building — I lead three networking groups across the Atlanta area, focused on connecting healthcare providers, wellness professionals, and the community partners that make KPP's referral network strong.
  • Event planning & design — Workshops, community events, the visual side of how KPP shows up in the world.
Outside the office

Who I am when I'm not running the front desk.

Atlanta-rooted. Healthcare-minded. I spend a lot of time in the local community — between the networking groups I run and the events I plan, my evenings are usually full of people. Which suits me, because I genuinely like this work.

If you're looking for someone to point you toward a great local provider, a wellness event, or just a good restaurant in Decatur, I'm probably already a few introductions away.

Have a question? Send it to me.

If you're trying to figure out whether pelvic floor PT is right for you, or you're not sure how the financial side works, or you just want to talk through what to expect before you book — that's exactly what I'm here for. No pressure, no commitment.
