Log into PTEverywhere.

Your KPP client portal lives at PTEverywhere. From the portal you can view appointments, see your visit history, access your superbills, message your PT, and update billing information.

How to find your superbill.

Superbills are itemized receipts you submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. They live inside PTEverywhere — you can pull yours after any visit. Here's a short walkthrough of where to find it.

Submit a claim with Reimbursify.

Reimbursify is the easiest way to file your out-of-network claims. Take a photo of your superbill, the app submits the claim to your insurance, and the reimbursement comes back to you. It saves the back-and-forth most patients dread.

Walkthrough

Finding your superbill in PTEverywhere.

  1. Log into your PTEverywhere account. If you've never set up a password, use the "Forgot password" link with the email you gave us at intake.
  2. Go to "Billing" in the main menu. This is where all your invoices and superbills live.
  3. Find the visit date you need the superbill for. Each visit has its own line item.
  4. Click "View Superbill" or "Download" on that visit. The PDF is what you'll need for insurance or Reimbursify.
  5. For multiple visits, you can download a date-range summary. Look for "Generate Statement" — useful for tax purposes too.
